Since 1975, Supercuts has given Americans access to a high-quality haircut in little time, for little money. The brand currently operates over 2,100 salon locations.

The Challenge

Not every great stylist is a great salesperson, but with the help of a sophisticated digital network, we helped
Supercuts feel more organized and in control of daily operations.

We designed and deployed a complete signage suite, including a portrait LCD screen and media player
looping custom Supercuts content, designed to immerse salon customers in an informative, entertaining
experience while lingering in the lobby. Content included pieces like a waitlist — automatically displayed
if three or more customers are in the lobby — and a content menu board, easily controlled in-house.
